Eviction?

Apparently my apartment manager thinks he is some kind of hotshot. So, he came by and gave me this yesterday, then asked me to sign his copy so it was official. One more peep out of me, and I'm thrown out. Do I continue, and stick it to the man? Or should I be good, quiet down and stay? Who knows?
